A plaid hooded sweatshirt in soft flannelette, worn with plain corduroy pants.
Two fabrics that don't usually turn up in a kids' set — flannel brushed soft on the inside, corduroy with weight to it rather than the thin polyester most winter trousers are cut from. The hood adds cover at the neck, the waist is elastic, and the whole thing is cut loose enough to layer a thermal underneath.
Rated for 10–17°C, which makes it a genuine cold-morning option rather than pre-winter wear.
